Over Remodel?...Impossible! #4   NOT! NOT! NOT! It is very possible to over do it with that home remodeling project that you plan on scheduling. With a neighborhood of 2 - 3 bedroom ramblers, you might want to consider talking with an area real estate agent about the ROI before building that 2nd story addition, or the construction of that 4 car garage in your back yard.
